Back in 1660 the cravat made its first
appearance in Paris and was commonly worn amongst the noblest amongst society
(those guys with the big wigs and frilly collars)! This didn’t change over the centuries, and

the rich upper class people, and not something the working man would wear.

GET BEACH READY BY LIFTING WEIGHTS
Can I get
fit by Weight Lifting Alone?
If weight lifting is
combined with a balanced diet it can have a major impact on health. The main advantage of weight lifting,
compared with any other form of exercise is that the benefits continue after
the exercise has taken place, even when you are asleep. This is because weight lifting increases the
muscle percentage in the body and since muscles use up more energy than fat they
increase the overall metabolic rate of the body.

Ergonomic Office Chairs- Right and Healthy Choice
Being glued to a
chair for long working hours can do much harm physically to one’s back or
spine. Such a posture on a chair not designed for comfort rather can cause
spine and back related problems. This is not just painful but can drill a hole
in your pocket with all the medications required, doctors visitations and
physiotherapy that would be needed. To avoid such harm, it is best to use ergonomic office chairs which would
provide the required support to the lower back and align ones posture.
